Talent pools was a successful skunkworks project that was featured at Taleo World (Taleo's user conference). The feature enabled users to create collections of talent related objects such as people and skills that could be culled or curated.
After a few conversations with development and product management, I started to create these concept models to illustrate the initial idea.

I created this application diagram to show how this feature would fit into the existing application. It was a simple visual to facilitate discussions with a wide range of stakeholders.

Talent pools was a highlighted feature at Taleo World. Since this feature had many use cases, it was important to create a story that resonated with the audience. I worked with the executive to craft the initial story-line that would drive the prototype.

With a fast schedule it was important to keep everyone rowing together. The marker board proved to be the best tool for demonstrating the flow and rectifying stakeholder concerns.

Here's a screen flow I created to facilitate discussions with dispersed team members.

Another successful project delivered to an audience of thousands. The demo looked great and stirred up support for future implementation.
